Whatever you can manage, but start with 5-10 minutes and make it grow for you!

Involving your children in self-care not only makes it enjoyable but also teaches them valuable life skills.
Explain the steps in your facial routine, take them on a walk with you, do yoga together! Hey, I get the ME time factor, so if you want it to just be YOU, then do YOU!
