Purchase Policy

Sales tax will be determined and charged during the shipping step in the checkout process. Sales tax is not charged on the purchase of a Gift Card.

This information is collected in a pop-up contact form, or collected in a contact form at the bottom of the Homepage. This information is used for weekly BraidenBaby.Com newsletter emails used to inform customers on the latest apparel, news and offers on BraidenBaby.Com
Purchase Transaction Information: this includes your billing and shipping addresses, phone contact, email address, receipt: products purchased, cost of the order, and your chosen payment method, order status and order notes. This information is collected at the checkout page when a customer is initiating a purchase order. Shipping & Handling Policy
At this moment, we offer free standard shipping to Canada & The U.S only. This includes all Canadian provinces and territories, and all American states – excluding Alaska, Hawaii and U.S territories. Standard shipping takes usually takes 5-10 business days to complete, with a 1-3 business day(s) handling time.
You will initially receive an email confirming your order, followed by a second email with the tracking # and shipping information during handling time/once your order ships.
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or major U.S. and Canadian holidays.

Returns & Refunds Policy
At BraidenBaby.Com, we want you to be happy and satisfied with your order. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for free if you meet these return policy conditions, below:
1.We’ll gladly process a return for you within 10 days of the date your package was delivered to you by our postal/delivery service (this date will be announced in a forwarded email). Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after this 10-day window.
2.Returns are free when you use our prepaid return shipping label. You must first fill out a return form, through our Returns & Refunds Form, here
After filling out the form, above, you will receive an email within one business day with a free shipping label. You will receive instructions in the email on how to package your return, how to print and attach the shipping label onto your package, and how to ship your package.
3.To qualify for a return, item(s) must pass a damage inspection test. This means the item(s) must be in saleable condition; the item(s) must simply be in their original condition: unwashed, undamaged and unworn. The item(s) must have their original tags. Items that do not pass the damage inspection test, will not be accepted for a return.
4.Items marked as Sale Items or Final Sale, or customized/engraved items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or store credit.

How Are My Refunds Credited Back To Me?
Refunds are processed back to your original method of payment 5-7 business days after your return package has arrived in our warehouse and has passed damage inspection.

No, we do not charge customers a re-stocking fee.
